Iowa Healthlink ABA Program

United Behavioral Health (UBH), operating under the brand Optum, assumed management of the Medicaid autism program benefits for Iowa Healthlink members with coverage through UnitedHealthcare Community Plan effective 4/1/2016.    The State of Iowa and UnitedHealthcare has announced that we have exited the Iowa market, effective June 30, 2019.
